Work installing two new swims (7 & 8) for disabled anglers at Roosthole is now completed and the swims are open for use (though please do not use banksticks or damage the platforms in any way)
They are intended primarily for use by disabled members, though other members of the club will also be welcome to take advantage of them.
The swims have been donated to the club by the family of the late Clive Bashford, who served for many years as the Chairman of H&DAA. They will provide a permanent reminder of his contributions to our association.
Huge thanks to everyone who worked so hard over the past week installing the swims and to the fishery officers and other members of the committee who have worked to make this happen
