H&DAA holds work parties and always needs volunteer members to maintain and improve the waters. They are also vital in keeping membership costs down by carrying out work which would otherwise need to be paid for.
Work parties include jobs, such as picking up litter or cuttings, maintaining swims and paths as well as making improvements to our waters. There are tasks to suit all levels of keenness and fitness.
If you have special skills, access to special tools, such as a chainsaw license, or are a tree surgeon etc, please volunteer; we really do need you.
